Double Layer Cat Litter Mat
A
While the top layer catches the litter, the bottom layer is too flimsy -- it slides around too much for the cats to feel comfortable walking on it, or when they do, they end up flinging it across the room. The bottom layer needs to have more weight or some kind of rubber feet to make it more substantial and sturdy. My cats are just jumping over it now because it feels like insecure footing.
